Whether you're an experienced dancer or a beginner, our supportive dance family is here to help you shine. We pride ourselves on providing classes to suit everybody, we enjoy the recreational side of dance as well as the competitions and events. Dance is YOUR journey, you get to decide how YOU enjoy it.
SYNERGY X STREETS AHEAD COLLABORATION
We had the best time working along side our friends from Streets Ahead Dublin on this collaboration. The dancers in this video all compete nationally and internationally, even against each-other. This video highlights that competitive dance is a fun environment, and everyone supports each-other. Making friends, enjoying the love for dance together is what it's all about.

CLASSES
BEGINNER
Hip-Hop Foundations - these classes are perfect for beginners as they cover basic hip-hop movements, rhythm and timing, and the history of hip-hop culture.
INTERMEDIATE
After completing a beginner course, you may be ready to build on to your foundation with more complex choreography and start exploring various styles within the studio.
ADVANCED
Aimed at dancers who have gained enough experience from previous classes, advanced classes are heavily focused on intense choreography, freestyle and performance skills.
